A 4-Week Unit Focused on Some Important Lessons Learned from St. Paul's Epistles

(Part of our Crossroads 7th-12th Grade Curriculum)

Suggested Calendar: July 5-26

Philippi, Corinth, Thessalonica, Ephesus, Colossae, Rome, Galatia – what do all these places have in common? St. Paul visited each one proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ. Sitting in a prison in Rome, St. Paul sent letters to each one of these early churches with important messages. Messages pertaining to Spiritual Warfare, how to guard against sin, how to treat one another, and remembering the power of our Lord God and Savior. Among all his lessons is one common theme, the righteousness of God. St. Paul gladly forsake himself to become a bondservant of Christ – hopefully by the end of this month, our teens will see why and what that means.

“For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10.
